Refundable deposits are used to secure your order, and also act as a surety against loss or damage of the goods. As such, the deposit is charged on top of the invoice total.
Deposits are refunded after the items have been counted and checked for damage by our stock room staff. For orders with table linen, the items are sent off to a commercial laundering service, so deposits may take longer to be refunded.
Deposits are refunded twice a month, so please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are made by Cheque, or by BACS, depending on the details you provide.
